Toronto Eaton Centre
CF Toronto Eaton Centre is the largest and one of the oldest shopping mall in Downtown Toronto with over 50 million visitors a year. Because of the crucial needs for parking, a new parking garage was built on the upper levels of the old structure, which makes it counterintuitive and causes confusions to visitors.
This project was created to help better navigate visitors after a full understanding of the building.
Factory Square
Factory Square is a 53,000sq ft. mixed-use commercial complex in the heart of Waterloo's Idea Quarter. The building was the BlackBerry 8 office, CanFirst bought it and renovated it. Now it is occupied with leading technology companies such as MCAP, McAfee, and Auvik.
This project was to create, establish, and unify the overall style for this three-property square. I was responsible to prepare the detailed drawing, 3D model, photo simulation, and sign permit for this project.
Impark
Impark manages parking facilities in over 330 cities across North America.
This project was to recreate the instructional signage on their lots to better serve their customers with fresh and functional parking experience. I was responsible to create, revise the sign layout.
